My Guiding Principles

Empathy and care

Being careful with other people's places, because they don't belong to us.

Community as Client

Respecting the community as the ultimate client for urban development and change, and custodian of place.

Collaboration

Collaboration is the best way to understand a problem and develop a workable and inclusive solution.

Emergence

Change is the only constant; we use emergence as a powerful process for creative and authentic urban change solutions that respect the constantly iterating  city.
